Package Your Items
Place the items in their original box with all designer tags attached and include the printed return authorization slip inside.
Ship with Ease
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
